Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before engaging Axiom Steel Detailing's services. By submitting a project enquiry or entering into a service agreement with us, you agree to be bound by these terms.
1Services
Axiom Steel Detailing provides structural steel detailing, shop drawings, BIM modeling, rebar detailing, CAD outsourcing, and related engineering documentation services. All services are delivered based on information and drawings provided by the client.
2Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for providing accurate, engineer-approved drawings and specifications. Any errors in our deliverables that stem from incorrect or incomplete information supplied by the client are not our responsibility. Clients must review all deliverables and report issues within 14 days of delivery.
3Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, the client receives ownership of all drawings and models produced for their project. Axiom Steel Detailing retains the right to reference completed projects in our portfolio unless the client requests otherwise in writing.
4Confidentiality
We treat all client project information as strictly confidential. We will sign a mutual Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) upon request. Client project data is never shared with third parties except as required to perform the agreed services.
5Revisions
Revisions due to errors or omissions on our part are performed at no additional cost. Revisions resulting from changes to the client's design or scope of work may be subject to additional charges, which will be communicated and agreed upon before proceeding.
6Payment Terms
Payment terms are agreed upon in each individual project quote or contract. Standard terms require a deposit before work commences, with the balance due upon delivery. Late payments may incur interest charges as specified in the project agreement.
7Limitation of Liability
Our liability is limited to the value of the specific project deliverables. We are not liable for consequential, indirect, or incidental damages. All drawings must be reviewed and stamped by a licensed professional engineer before use in construction.
8Governing Law
These terms are governed by applicable law. Disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation, followed by arbitration if necessary. By engaging our services, you agree to these terms and conditions.
